Research for its own sake maybe interesting. even entertaining, but is rarely cost effective. The Alan Katz Group, working with a cadre of experts, seeks answers to specific questions critical to our clients' success. For example, on behalf of several of the nation's largest health plans, the Alan Katz Group explored how the practices, processes and perspectives of successful health insurance agents differed from those of their less-successful colleagues. The results enabled the carriers to modify how they support and train their independent producers to increase their mutual success. This research also formed the basis of the Alan Katz Group's Trailblazed Sales Project.
